The Iranian delegation, led by head negotiator Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, is already on the ground in Switzerland. The memorandum outlines a 60-day period for reaching a final nuclear agreement and includes provisions for sanctions relief and reconstruction funds for Iran.
